There is never a cost for veterans and their families for our services. We provide all of our coaching, mentorship, and facilitation services free of charge.

Just Win Today offers individualized service based on the needs of each veteran and their family. It starts with an intake meeting, which enables our team to assess the needs of the client and how we can help them. We then provide connections to resources such as housing, the Veterans’ Administration health service, subsidized child care, career coaching, etc. We set goals, craft a professional resume, identify/address barriers, and implement an action plan.

It lasts as long as it needs to. Just Win Today may conduct one meeting with a client, offer some career advice and a job lead, and off they go. Or, Just Win Today may remain engaged and involved with a veteran family over a longer term, providing ongoing support if needed.

We find jobs that suit a veteran’s skill set and area of interest—everything from entry level to executive level. We have placed welders, managers, customer service representatives and teachers. Our clients are diverse and we tailor our service to their needs.

We run workshops on how to find a job that include: mindset, how to write a resume, advanced interviewing techniques as well as networking and other workshops on how to beat the AI systems. We also offer one-on-one career coaching services tailored specifically to the Veterans’ needs.

We conduct direct street outreach by delivering water, vitamins and supplements to them. We also offer them immediate emergency housing, and we connect them with other local resources as needed.
