Founder Jerry Paldino brings 25 years of career coaching, executive search, and job placement to Just Win Today. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, he has a keen understanding of the issues facing veterans as they integrate into civilian life and is deeply committed to helping them succeed. After three decades in the private sector, his passion for helping others drove him to establish Just Win Today.
Just Win Today is a veteran-led non-profit that enables veterans to reach their full potential through one-on-one career coaching, professional development, access to veteran programs at local universities, educational resources, training, and mentorship.
Jerry has helped hundreds of people find their dream jobs in the last 25 years. He also teaches classes in career placement and employment skills at Delaware County Community College, and conducts workshops and outreach at the following venues:
